Ladies and gents,

Thanks to the combination of the excellent long-term relation established by President Stuart, the great contacts of John-Gareth Ivory, and the active work of Bernardo, we are planning to visit the Saracens.

This would happen on the 29/30 March weekend in London.

We expect a Saracens’ confirmation before finalising the programme which would ideally involve seeing them at training, having a friendly with one of their teams, attending their match against Leeds on Sunday (15.00 kick-off), and eventually sipping a beer with Jacko (aka Chris Jack).

All of this involves that we bring enough people along.

Therefore, I’ll ask you to confirm your participation by 31 January.

Please email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

From there, we can get back to the Saracens and find out what can be organised around that weekend and finalise our programme and budget.

We can already foresee that the weekend costs will include:

* Return ticket to London from Saturday to Sunday night.
* Transports in London
* Saturday’s and Sunday’s lunches
* Sat night out
* Accommodation on Saturday night – Different options exist: either we use our contacts in London or find a cheap place to stay all together.

Once again, we need your confirmation before moving forward.
