Ready to join? This is the way to do it. (All necessary documents including a brief introduction to our club and overview of the season to come, can be found at the bottom of the page.)

1. Fill out our registration forms, available for download below, (one for registration purposes of the Flemish Rugby Federation – VRB, and one for the club’s admin) and turn it in - to your coach, captain or any committee member.
2. Get a medical certificate (see below for blank forms in English and Dutch). You can get this signed by any Belgian doctor. Bring it to practice asap. Without this form, you will not be allowed to play in regional/championship games!
3. Pay an annual SUBSCRIPTION FEE. This allows our club to stay alive and to continue to promote our beloved game Fees: 

Students & unemployed: €75     -     Others: €150 

(To our new recruits and those interested in getting to know the sport, feel free to join in on a few practise sessions before paying. However, when it comes to playing in competitive games, our club upholds the ‘don’t pay, don’t play’ principle!
